What we are
No Name Biz is a commercial finance broker. We arrange business-purpose financing secured by commercial and investment real estate, and we advise on the structure and placement of those loans.
What we are not
We are not a bank and not a lender, and we do not commit to lend. Financing is provided by third-party institutions on their own terms, and no outcome, rate or approval is guaranteed by us or anyone else.
Commercial purpose only
We work on business-purpose loans secured by commercial and investment property. We do not arrange consumer loans and we do not arrange loans on a borrower's own home.
How we are paid
Engagements are fee-based and agreed in writing before work begins. Depending on the transaction we may also be paid by the lender at closing; all compensation on a transaction is disclosed to you in writing.
Licensure
Massachusetts does not require a loan broker licence for commercial-purpose mortgage brokerage. The principal holds a Massachusetts real estate broker licence. We do not provide legal, tax or investment advice; engage your own counsel and accountants.

Notes we keep about lender appetite reflect what institutions told us at a point in time and change without notice. They are our working records, not offers of credit and not representations by any lender.
